Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ANNIAURA website and online store. ANNIAURA is operated by Mahak. By browsing, registering an account or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Signing in
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing orders.
What we offer
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, variants and prices accurately. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from screen to screen due to display settings. Our products are fashion jewellery; only the claims stated on an individual product page apply to that product.
All prices are shown in ₹ (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
If an error in pricing or product information occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or adjust affected orders, with notice to you.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, payment issues or stock unavailability.
Checkout is powered by Shopify. Payment, shipping and tax details are handled securely through Shopify's checkout, and separate terms may apply to those services.
Getting your order
We currently deliver across India only, with free shipping. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Changing your mind early
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch by writing to support@anniaura.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available and the Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy applies. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed if the order has already entered dispatch or fulfilment before the request can be processed.
After delivery
Eligible return requests may be raised within 7 days of delivery, and damaged, incorrect or materially incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved. See our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy for full terms.
Product cover
ANNIAURA fashion jewellery does not include a general warranty unless a warranty is specifically and explicitly stated on the individual product page.
Your part
Please provide accurate delivery and contact details, be available to receive your order, follow the product care guidance provided, and raise any order issue within the timelines set out in our policies.
What belongs to whom
All content on this site — including the Anniaura name, logo, designs, imagery and copy — is owned by or licensed to Anniaura and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
By submitting reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with the site and our services.
Playing fair
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it unlawfully, scraping content, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Shopify and others
Our checkout and payment processing are provided by Shopify. Shopify's own terms and privacy practices apply to those services. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party services beyond our control.
Our responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anniaura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Where it applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law.
